Co-founders, Joshua T. Bennett and Keenan Jolliff, cut their teeth on opposite sides of the proverbial desk. Joshua for 6+ years with Richard Plepler across HBO & Apple; including Emmy-winning series Black Bird; Keenan as an actor and writer, working across film/tv/Broadway.
This dual perspective creates a comprehensive framework to understand and analyze where the systems currently falter, and how we might improve. Together, they adhere to a root belief that safety begets great work, humans are more important than capital, and no matter the darkness, light always pervades.
